Methods of Payment
You can pay for your order by any major credit or debit card. Your card details will be held on our ‘100% guaranteed safe’ secure server. We will only charge your card with the exact amount of your order. We do not store your details for future use.

We will not charge your card until we have processed your order.

Delivery Information
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days. All UK orders will be sent by 1st Class, Recorded Delivery, which means that a signature is required upon receipt of your parcel.

Delivery charges are :   

£2.95 for order values less than £40 

FREE for any order values £40 and over

Returns
Please inform us of any shortages, breakages or faulty items, by phone or e-mail within 3 days.

Items must be in their original packaging and returned with the original invoice. Please pack your items carefully. and also include a reason for your returns. On receipt we will contact you for your payment details so that we can refund your credit or debit card.

Out of Stock Items
We will make every effort to keep our online shop up-to-date, letting you know if an item is out of stock, and when we expect to have it back in again. However, there may be occasions when out of stock items are ordered before we have a chance to update the shop. These items will be marked on your invoice and you will not be charged for them.
